The main duties of the Waiter will include taking orders from customers, serving food and drinks, ensuring that customer orders are correct, and providing general customer service throughout the dining experience. The Waiter must also keep the restaurant area clean and tidy at all times.

We offer a competitive salary of 1300 plus tips for this role, as well as other benefits such as health insurance and retirement savings plans. We are also willing to consider immigrants for this role.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience working in the hospitality industry with excellent customer service skills. They should also possess strong problem solving skills, be detail-oriented, able to multitask efficiently, and have good communication skills.

Additionally, the Waiter should be able to understand customer needs quickly and accurately follow instructions from management staff. They should also be reliable and punctual when reporting for shifts and adhere to company policies at all times.

Daily tasks include taking orders from customers accurately; preparing food items according to standard recipes; serving food items in an efficient manner; cleaning tables after customers leave; clearing dishes from tables; restocking food items; adhering to health codes; managing cash transactions; responding promptly to customer complaints or special requests; helping set up tables for special events; adhering to safety regulations in the workplace; completing closing duties such as restocking items, cleaning kitchen surfaces, preparing supplies for next shift; taking payment from customers including handling cash transactions accurately; ensuring that all guests feel welcome by providing outstanding hospitality services.
