Dentist Job in Umm-al-Qaiwain
We are a renowned dental clinic looking for an experienced Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to provide high quality general and specialized dentistry services to our patients.

Job Summary:
The successful applicant will be responsible for diagnosing, preventing, and treating diseases of the teeth, mouth, and gums. This includes performing dental procedures such as filling cavities, extracting teeth, treating gum diseases, administering anesthesia, performing root canals, taking x-rays and recommending treatments.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Dental Medicine or Doctor of Dental Surgery
• Current license to practice dentistry
• Demonstrated commitment to patient care excellence
• Proficiency in the use of computer software applications related to dental care
• Ability to maintain accurate records of patient treatment plans
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask efficiently while providing quality care
• Proficient with basic dental tools such as drills, mirrors, probes etc.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform comprehensive oral examinations including periodontal charting; take x-rays; diagnose dental conditions; develop treatment plans for patients with complex needs.
• Ensure that all patient records are accurate including medical history forms; charting; radiographs; lab slips etc.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques to prevent decay; recommend products such as toothpaste; mouthwash etc. based on individual needs.
• Administer anesthetics or sedatives during procedures as necessary; monitor vital signs during procedures when applicable.
• Perform various dental treatments such as fillings; crowns; bridges; implants etc.; extract teeth when necessary using various methods including forceps extraction or surgical removal as needed.

Needs for the Candidate:

The successful candidate must have a current license to practice dentistry in Umm-al-Qaiwain with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field. We are ready to consider a foreigner if they possess the relevant qualifications and experience required for this role along with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
