Electrical Engineer in Dubai, UAE


We are currently looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate should have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proactive and have the ability to work independently. They should be fully conversant with the current regulations, codes and standards applicable to electrical engineering. The successful candidate should also possess a valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities:
• Designing, testing and installing electrical systems, components or products
• Maintaining electrical systems by conducting regular inspections
• Troubleshooting any issues that may arise from the operation of the electrical system
• Reviewing drawings, plans and specifications for accuracy and completeness
• Liaising with other professionals such as architects, suppliers and contractors
• Ensuring compliance with applicable safety regulations
• Carrying out preventive maintenance of electrical equipment
• Assisting with research and development initiatives to improve product design or performance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualifications/experience
• Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer or similar role
• Good knowledge of safety procedures related to electrical engineering work
• Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
• Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD) is desirable but not essential
• Ability to solve complex problems
