Petroleum Engineer
Job Description:
This position is for a Petroleum Engineer in Dubai, with a salary of 1600. We are ready to consider an immigrant for the job. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing oil and gas projects, including drilling programs as well as production systems, pipelines and other infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
• Developing and managing oil and gas projects including drilling programs, production systems, pipelines and other infrastructure.
• Designing cost-effective solutions to maximize oil and gas production while minimizing environmental impact
• Analysing geological data to determine the best locations for exploration and production activities.
• Estimating costs of projects based on geological data, drilling reports, well logs, seismic surveys etc.
• Overseeing the construction of wells, pipelines and other production systems.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations; health & safety guidelines; environmental regulations etc.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Petroleum Engineering or related field
• Proven experience with oil & gas projects including drilling programs, well completion & production operations etc.
• Ability to analyse geological data accurately to determine the best locations for exploration & production activities
• Excellent understanding of industry standards & regulations (HSEQ) related to petroleum engineering operations
• Excellent problem solving & decision making skills
• Strong communication skills – both verbal & written
