Excavator Operator - Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Excavator Operator to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have experience operating excavators, as well as be comfortable with working in a variety of settings. We are willing to consider applicants without prior experience, so long as they possess the aptitude and enthusiasm to learn quickly and succeed in the role.

The Excavator Operator will be responsible for using the excavator to dig trenches and other earthworks, such as foundations for structures or roads, demolition projects, and foundation preparation. This requires skillful operation of the machine, ensuring safety and accuracy with each job. The Operator must also follow safety guidelines at all times while on-site and properly maintain the equipment before and after use.

To be successful in this role it is important that candidates have good communication skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team. Being able to work efficiently under pressure is also necessary. The Excavator Operator must also be physically fit enough to carry out manual labor tasks when necessary.

To qualify for this role you must meet the following criteria:
• Have experience operating an excavator (preferred but not required)
• Possess strong hand-eye coordination
• Be confident working at heights
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be physically fit enough to carry out manual labor tasks when necessary
• Be able to work under pressure efficiently
