We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have an excellent understanding of all aspects of the culinary industry, including kitchen management and food preparation.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading the team of chefs and overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen. They will need to ensure that high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times, as well as providing a high quality product with a focus on fresh ingredients and flavour.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years experience in management positions. A relevant culinary degree is preferred but not essential. They should also have a strong working knowledge of menu planning and costing, as well as excellent organizational skills.

The successful candidate should be able to work under pressure while managing their own time effectively and efficiently, showing initiative in problem solving and decision making. We are open to considering applicants from abroad who can bring new ideas to the table, so experience living or working outside the UAE is an advantage.
