Restaurant Manager in Dubai, UAE


We are looking for a Restaurant Manager with excellent customer service skills to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that service is of the highest quality and that customer satisfaction is achieved.

The ideal candidate should be able to lead, motivate and manage staff in order to maximize performance and profitability. He/ She should be reliable, proactive, organized and possess strong problem-solving skills. Above all, the successful candidate must have an outgoing personality and be able to build long-term relationships with customers.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of the restaurant, developing budget plans, analyzing data on sales and customer feedback as well as managing staff schedules and payroll. He/ She will also be responsible for recruiting new staff members when necessary.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to lead, motivate and manage staff
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Understanding of basic accounting principles
• Outstanding communication skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
