Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the restaurant, from hiring and training staff, to overseeing the day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent organizational skills, great leadership abilities and a passion for hospitality. They must also have extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and excellent customer service standards.

The Restaurant Manager’s duties include:
• Training, scheduling and supervising staff
• Ensuring efficient operation of the restaurant
• Overseeing inventory management and ordering food supplies as needed
• Developing menus and ensuring quality of dishes served
• Establishing standards for customer service, health, safety and cleanliness
• Monitoring cash flow and purchase orders
• Maintaining records of sales, revenue and other financial data
• Evaluating staff performance on a regular basis
• Identifying areas for improvement in processes or customer service.
The successful candidate should have at least 3 years' experience in a similar role. A diploma or degree in hospitality management is preferred but not required. We are open to considering foreign applicants with the appropriate visa requirements. The salary offered is 1500 AED per month.
