Job Summary
We are currently looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, including scheduling appointments, handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, preparing reports and documents, and organizing office operations.
Needs for the Candidate
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Secretary or in an administrative role; advanced computer skills; excellent organizational skills; excellent communication skills; familiarity with office equipment; ability to prioritize tasks; attention to detail; time management skills; flexibility to adapt to changing needs; knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); ability to multi-task.
