Secretary in Doha, Qatar
We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Secretary in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as organizational and multitasking abilities. They must also be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
The key responsibilities of the Secretary include but are not limited to:
• Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, responding to emails, taking messages and transferring calls;
• Scheduling meetings, organizing conference calls, preparing agendas and taking notes;
• Managing databases, filing systems and other office systems;
• Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks such as photocopying, faxing and typing documents;
• Organizing travel arrangements for senior staff members;
• Managing the reception area including welcoming visitors;
• Providing general support to visitors.
To be considered for this role you should possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. You must also have strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word and Excel. A professional attitude is required along with good communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are considered an advantage). We are ready to consider foreigners for this role with minimal work experience. The salary offered is 1300 per month.
