We are seeking an eager and motivated Barista to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude and be passionate about coffee.

We are looking for a candidate who is friendly, outgoing and attentive to customers’ needs and preferences. The ideal person should also be able to work under pressure and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to preparing drinks.

The successful candidate should possess:
• A passion for coffee and the desire to learn more about the industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• An understanding of proper brewing techniques
• The ability to provide knowledgeable advice on coffee menus
• A strong knowledge of different kinds of coffee beans and roasts
• A flair for creativity when it comes to designing new drinks
• The willingness to learn new recipes and techniques

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with no experience as full training will be provided. We offer a competitive salary of 1600 per month, with the potential of performance-based incentives. We are open to considering foreign nationals.
