The successful candidate must have excellent technical skills in web application development, as well as an understanding of user experience design principles and best practices. They must possess strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering high quality work.

The ideal candidate should have:
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field;
• At least two years of professional web development experience;
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, and MySQL;
• Knowledge of web frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, React or AngularJS;
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git);
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams.
