Job Title: Teacher

Location: Musaffah, UAE
Salary: AED 1500/month

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Teacher to join our team in Musaffah, UAE. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this role. The successful candidate will oversee the educational development of each student, creating a safe and stimulating environment where students can excel in their studies. The Teacher will be responsible for delivering lessons, developing learning materials, evaluating performance, and providing feedback to students, parents and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent classroom management skills along with the ability to develop age-appropriate curricula that meets the educational needs of each student. They should be able to provide support to parents by connecting with them and helping them understand their child's progress. Additionally, they should have strong communication skills and be able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Proven teaching experience working with children of all ages
- Understanding of modern teaching methods and best practices
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to build relationships with students, staff, and parents
- Experience developing curriculum and assessing student performance

Responsibilities:
- Prepare lesson plans ahead of time according to curriculum guidelines
- Deliver engaging lessons designed to meet the learning objectives of each student
- Monitor student progress regularly using assessment tools such as tests and quizzes
- Provide feedback on assessments to help students understand their strengths and weaknesses
- Develop learning materials such as handouts, worksheets, activities etc.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers in developing age appropriate curricula
- Maintain discipline in accordance with school policies
