The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of teaching experience. A degree in education is also preferred, but not necessary. The successful candidate should also possess excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with both parents and children alike in a respectful manner. The ability to work effectively as part of a team is essential.

The main duties of the position include developing lesson plans, delivering instruction, assessing student performance, creating reports on student performance, and communicating with families. Additionally, the Teacher will be responsible for maintaining a safe learning environment while ensuring that all school policies are adhered to at all times.
