Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Chemist to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. This position will require a precise individual with strong chemistry knowledge to create and maintain the highest quality products for our clients. Needs for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Chemistry or a related field and at least 3 years of experience working in a chemistry-related field. Knowledge of laboratory techniques, instrumentation and safety protocols is essential. We are open to considering foreign candidates who possess these qualifications.

Responsibilities:
• Develop new formulations based on customer specifications to meet their needs
• Analyze data from experiments to determine the best approach for product development
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process
• Identify areas for improvement in existing processes using data analysis
• Maintain laboratory equipment by calibrating, cleaning and troubleshooting issues
• Create reports on experiment results and present them to management

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field
• At least 3 years of experience working in a chemistry-related field
• Knowledgeable of scientific principles, theories and concepts related to organic chemistry
• Ability to interpret data accurately and draw logical conclusions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
