Job Summary: The Business Manager is responsible for leading the company’s business operations, developing strategies that will promote growth, leading cross-functional projects, analyzing customer requirements and identifying areas for improvement. They are also responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations as well as setting objectives and measuring progress against those objectives.

Responsibilities:
• Develop plans for strategic growth initiatives
• Analyze customer requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
• Create strategies for improving operational efficiency
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion
• Monitor performance metrics against objectives set
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Economics
• At least 2 years’ experience in a management role
