We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Manager to join our growing team in Doha. We offer a salary of 1400, and we are open to considering foreign applicants. This position is ideal for a person with no prior experience but who can demonstrate the ability to rapidly learn and adapt.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, expand market share, and overall profitability. They will provide leadership and oversight of the business operations in all areas, including marketing, finance, sales, customer service, research & development, and human resources. Responsibilities include managing budgets; developing annual plans; recruiting new staff; monitoring performance against goals; making sure that quality standards are met; and identifying opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers as well as internal teams. A strong knowledge of relevant industry trends is also desired. The successful applicant must have exceptional organizational abilities and problem-solving skills in order to develop creative solutions to complex business problems. A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required.
