We are looking for an experienced Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait! Our ideal candidate will possess a passion for creating beautiful floral arrangements and have a flair for creativity. In this role, you will be responsible for creating eye-catching centerpieces and bouquets, as well as providing exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
- Design and create unique floral arrangements with attention to detail
- Receive and fill orders from customers
- Ensure the delivery of fresh flowers daily
- Maintain the cleanliness of the shop and ensuring all flowers are properly stocked
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries about products and services offered
- Collaborate with other team members in order to create unique designs

Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience working as a Florist or related field
- Knowledge of floral design techniques and procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written with customers, colleagues, vendors and management staff
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
- Must be able to stand/walk/sit/bend/stoop/twist for long periods of time throughout the day
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends when needed
