We are looking for an experienced florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for creating beautiful and unique flower arrangements and a keen eye for detail. The successful applicant will have excellent customer service and communication skills as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to create high-quality floral designs, taking into account customer requests, seasonality, availability of materials, and budget. The successful applicant will be knowledgeable in floral design techniques and must be able to work with fresh flowers and plants while maintaining the highest level of quality standards. Additionally, they must be familiar with the latest trends in floral design.

The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational skills as well as strong attention to detail. They must also possess the ability to troubleshoot when dealing with complicated customer requests or difficult variations in flower availability. This position requires an individual who can work effectively under pressure while handling multiple tasks at once.

We are seeking an individual who has a minimum of three years’ experience working with flowers in a professional setting. The ideal candidate should also have a basic knowledge of accounting principles related to budgeting for supplies and cost management for projects. In addition, applicants must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects on occasion (up to 25lbs).

We offer a competitive salary of 1000 per month for this position as well as opportunities for professional growth within our company. Applicants should have legal authorization to work in Al-Kuwait if they are an immigrant from another country or region.
