We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently and be able to think quickly on their feet.

Job Description:
The Florist will be responsible for providing flowers, plants, and arrangements to customers at our store. They will assist customers with selecting the right product for their needs and providing advice on care of home plants and flowers. The Florist will also be responsible for maintaining the flower department’s appearance by regularly stocking shelves, keeping displays tidy and fresh, ordering supplies as needed, and creating attractive floral displays.

Demands for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years’ experience in a floristry role or similar position. Knowledge of flower varieties, care instructions, pricing structures, merchandising techniques is an asset. A keen eye for detail is essential as is an ability to work well with a team. Excellent customer service skills are also essential as this role requires dealing with customers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service when selling flowers and plants;
• Maintain knowledge of current floral trends;
• Create attractive floral displays;
• Assist customers with selecting products that suit their needs;
• Ensure shelves are stocked with fresh product;
• Follow proper ordering procedures when purchasing stock;
• Follow safety protocols when stocking shelves or carrying items;
• Complete other tasks assigned by the manager or supervisor.
