The successful candidate must have a degree in Chemistry or a related field and have at least three years of experience working as a Chemist. They must be familiar with chemical processes, products, and techniques as well as be able to interpret relevant regulations. They must also possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work with hazardous materials in a safe manner.
