We are looking for a motivated and experienced Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and bouquets, maintaining the shop’s flower inventory and providing excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will take on the following responsibilities:
- Designing arrangements in accordance with customers’ wishes or a general theme or color scheme;
- Keeping up with current trends in floral design;
- Maintaining the shop’s inventory of flowers, plants, and related supplies at an appropriate level;
- Delivering orders to customers;
- Assisting customers with selection of appropriate flower arrangements;
- Operating cash registers and other equipment related to the job;
- Participating in promotional activities.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience as a florist or similar role is preferred but not essential;
- Strong understanding of different flowers, plants, their colors, textures, shapes and scents;
- Ability to handle basic financial transactions;
- Great customer service skills;
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
- Creative thinking skills combined with great attention to detail.

Requirements:
- Must be physically fit as some heavy lifting may be necessary from time to time; - Must have valid work authorization in Kuwait; - Must have a valid driver’s license (for delivery purposes).
