AL-Kuwait is looking for a Waiter to join our service team. We are ready to consider an immigrant, and no prior experience is required. The successful candidate will be expected to provide excellent customer service while managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. He/she should be able to multitask and maintain a positive attitude even under pressure.

Job Description:
The Waiter will ensure that all customers have a pleasant dining experience by providing efficient, friendly, and courteous service at all times. The Waiter will be responsible for taking orders, serving meals, and handling payment transactions. He/she will also be responsible for setting up tables before guests arrive, performing side duties such as clearing dishes and refilling beverages, as well as cleaning up after guests have left.

Requirements for the Candidate:
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn new skills

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet customers upon arrival and provide them with menus
• Take orders from customers accurately
• Serve food and drinks quickly and efficiently
• Handle payment transactions accurately according to company guidelines
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries or complaints
• Set up tables before guests arrive
• Clear dishes after guests have finished dining
• Refill drinks as needed
