Land surveyor in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait


We are looking for a Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and exciting environment with the potential to develop their skills and progress within the organization.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to accurately interpret complex technical drawings. A strong understanding of local land laws and procedures is also essential. The successful candidate should be comfortable working independently, with minimal supervision and be able to manage their own workload.

Responsibilities include:
- Conducting site visits, assessing land boundaries and topography, identifying areas of concern and assessing potential risks
- Preparing detailed reports on land surveys, including boundary lines, topographical features and other relevant information
- Utilizing specialised equipment such as laser levels, GPS systems and satellite imagery to produce accurate surveys
- Liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers and other professionals as necessary
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Maintaining accurate records of all surveying activities

Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in surveying or equivalent qualification
- Demonstrated experience in using surveying equipment
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings accurately
- Understanding of local land laws and procedures
