Land surveyor in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait


We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of survey techniques, land law, and mapping technologies.

The successful applicant will need to be a highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

The position will involve conducting surveys on land area, collecting data, interpreting survey results, preparing maps and plans, completing necessary paperwork and maintaining records of survey data. The successful candidate must possess up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations, local building codes, zoning regulations and any other applicable laws or ordinances.

Minimum requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or similar field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in surveying
• Ability to use surveying instruments such as GPS receivers, laser levels and other related tools
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD software to create maps
• Excellent communication skills

The salary for this position is 1000 KWD per month plus benefits. We are open to consider foreign applicants who meet the qualifications.
