CNC Operator - Al-Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced CNC Operator to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will operate machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments. This position offers a competitive salary of 1700 per month, and is open to foreign candidates.

Job Description:
The CNC operator job requires a highly detail-oriented individual who is capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently and accurately. The role involves operating computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools to produce precision parts from metal or other materials. The CNC operator will be responsible for setting up the machines, programming the control units, reading blueprints and technical drawings, making adjustments on the machines when necessary, monitoring the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, troubleshooting problems as they arise, maintaining accurate records of operations performed, and keeping the work area clean and organized.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is preferred
• Proven experience in operating CNC machinery
• Working knowledge of engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions in English
• Good manual dexterity with strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Duties:
• Program control unit with instructions according to blueprint or sample part specifications
• Set up machine by changing tools according to specifications using hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers
• Monitor production process for any problems that may arise such as breakages or malfunctions
• Make necessary adjustments on machines when needed by using hand tools such as wrenches and screwdrivers
• Ensure quality standards are met by inspecting finished products visually or using measuring instruments such as calipers or micrometers
• Record operations performed on daily log sheets
• Maintain work area cleanliness by sweeping or mopping regularly
