Beautician Job Description
We are looking for a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Beautician. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for providing professional and high-quality beauty treatments to our loyal customer base. You will have a passion for beauty, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to provide superior customer service.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide a range of treatments, including facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures, massage and tinting. You must also be knowledgeable about the latest products and techniques in order to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Requirements for the Candidate
The ideal candidate must have an NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, and we will consider applications from both local nationals and immigrants who are eligible to work in the UAE. A strong customer service background is also desirable.

You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal; this is essential when dealing with customers on a daily basis. You must be friendly, approachable and able to form positive relationships with clients quickly in order to ensure repeat custom.

You should be flexible when it comes to working hours; some weekend work may be necessary depending on demand. Furthermore, you should have an eagerness to learn new techniques and keep up with industry trends in order to maintain a competitive edge over other salons in the area.
