Project Manager Position in Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and leading all aspects of a project from start to finish. This role will require the individual to have excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to work under pressure.

Job Description:
This position is responsible for managing the development, implementation and execution of projects within the organisation. The Project Manager will be required to coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders and vendors to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. The role requires a high level of technical knowledge and experience with project management tools and techniques.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting of all aspects of a project
• Provide progress reports on projects to stakeholders at regular intervals
• Develop comprehensive project plans that take into account resources, deadlines and objectives
• Monitor progress against targets and adjust plans when necessary
• Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders and vendors throughout the lifecycle of a project
• Collaborate with other departments in order to ensure success of the project
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Identify any risks or potential issues associated with each project
• Be proactive in addressing any issues that arise during the course of a project

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or similar role
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written • Aptitude for problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) • Knowledgeable about project management tools such as Gantt Charts or Microsoft Project • Ability to work independently but also collaborate effectively with team members • Experience working on multinational projects is preferable
