Land Surveyor in Abu-Dhabi
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Land Surveyor for a full-time position in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for surveying land and providing accurate measurements to ensure that all buildings, structures, and roads meet safety and regulatory standards.

Job Description
The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting surveys to measure land, verify boundaries, and determine the size of properties. They will also be tasked with researching historical records to identify boundary lines and compliance with zoning regulations. Additionally, they must operate surveying equipment such as GPS systems and other instruments to accurately record data.

Duties
• Collecting data by using surveying instruments such as total stations, transits, electronic distance meters (EDM), levels, etc.
• Measuring angles of elevations, depths, horizontal and vertical distances
• Keeping records of surveyed areas/properties
• Processing survey data using AutoCAD or similar software
• Producing maps/plans from survey data
• Analysing aerial photographs or satellite images to obtain information about the topography of an area
• Inspecting sites for accuracy in the field

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or relevant field
• At least 3+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role • Excellent knowledge of mapping techniques and GPS systems

• Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar software • Strong mathematical skills • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions • Excellent communication skills
