Project Manager – Reef Al Fujairah City

We are looking for an experienced and talented Project Manager to join our team in Reef Al Fujairah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage a multitude of tasks at any given time. Strong problem-solving abilities and experience working in a team environment are also necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and manage the successful implementation of all project activities
• Develop project schedules, budgets and objectives in accordance with project specifications
• Communicate project plans and objectives to team members, stakeholders and clients
• Monitor progress of projects to ensure deadlines are met on time and within budget
• Identify potential risks associated with projects and develop strategies for mitigating them
• Report progress of projects to stakeholders regularly; escalate issues when appropriate
• Work closely with other departments in the organization to ensure successful completion of projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing complex projects; experience working in the UAE is a plus
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team environment
