We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Reef Al Fujairah City. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of assigned projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The Project Manager should also be able to think strategically and have the ability to quickly analyze data and make sound decisions based on their findings.

The successful candidate will need to:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate projects
• Oversee project staff on a daily basis
• Develop project plans including defined objectives and deliverables
• Monitor progress daily ensuring that deadlines are met while keeping quality standards high
• Act as a liaison between team members, stakeholders, clients and senior management
• Track project progress regularly using appropriate tools & techniques
• Identify issues early and provide solutions in order to stay on track
• Ensure all stakeholders have an understanding of project goals

The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or similar field with at least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager. A strong understanding of project management principles as well as demonstrated experience leading successful projects is essential for success in this position. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is also important. Additionally, candidates must possess exceptional problem solving skills, be highly organized with excellent attention to detail. They must also demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
