Office assistant in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE
We are looking for an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support including filing, data entry, invoice processing, document drafting, and other administrative tasks. The successful applicant must be able to maintain accuracy when dealing with paperwork and data entry. They should also possess strong organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and prioritize their workload accordingly.
The Office Assistant will also manage day-to-day operations of the office by keeping inventory of office supplies and ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly. They should also have a good understanding of customer service principles and be able to interact professionally with visitors.
The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) and experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous experience in an administrative role is beneficial but not essential as we are willing to consider a foreign applicant with no prior experience for this role. A salary of 900 AED per month is offered for this position.
