Khalifah A City is looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team and help with daily operations. The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, which includes but is not limited to: responding to inquiries from clients, preparing documents such as letters or reports, filing and organizing records, ordering office supplies and maintaining the office equipment.
The successful candidate should also have excellent communication skills, be highly organized with an eye for detail, have good problem-solving skills and work well in a fast-paced environment. In addition, experience with Microsoft Office programs is preferred.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary of 1700 per month. Additional benefits include medical insurance and paid vacation days.
