We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Merchandiser to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting our company's products or services. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of customer service.

The ideal candidate should have the ability to develop relationships with customers, provide product knowledge and demonstrate effective problem solving skills. They should also have the capacity to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Knowledge of the local market is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities for this role include:
• Greeting customers upon entry into store
• Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Providing product information
• Updating stock levels
• Recommending additional products or services
• Maintaining store displays
• Answering telephone inquiries with professionalism
• Processing payments quickly and accurately
• Dealing with customer complaints professionally and following up where necessary.

The successful candidate must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. They must also be eligible to work in Khawr Fakkan, with no prior experience necessary as we are willing to consider an immigrant for the role. The salary for this position is 1700 AED per month.
