Sales Manager in Haur-Fakkan, UAE


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Haur-Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in sales and marketing, with good communication skills and the ability to effectively negotiate with customers. They should be able to manage a team of sales professionals as well as handle customer inquiries and complaints.

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, be highly analytical, have strong attention to detail, and the ability to think strategically when making decisions. They will also possess strong leadership qualities and demonstrate an ability to motivate staff to achieve their objectives.

The Sales Manager will report directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing and should possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 5 years' experience working in a similar role
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
• Strong knowledge of current market trends & technologies
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written
• Ability to work independently & under pressure
• A valid driver's license is preferred but not required
• Fluency in English is required; any additional language is an asset.
This position offers a competitive salary of 1300 per month plus commission based on performance. We are willing to consider applicants from abroad who can demonstrate their ability to work remotely.
