Reef Al Fujairah City is looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead and manage our kitchen team. Our ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the culinary industry, preferably in a professional kitchen setting. The Executive Chef must be highly organized, have strong problem solving skills, and be able to communicate effectively with all members of the kitchen staff.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for the overall operation of our kitchen, including menu planning, purchasing and inventory control, staffing and training, maintaining food quality standards and financial management. The Executive Chef will also ensure that all sanitation standards are met, as well as food safety regulations.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess excellent interpersonal skills in order to provide excellent customer service. In addition, the Executive Chef should have an eye for detail when it comes to presentation and taste of dishes served. They should also be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other staff members.
