We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Executive Chef to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Our ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about food and culinary arts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day kitchen operations, managing the kitchen staff, developing menus, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to customers. The Executive Chef should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
• Excellent knowledge of food production, nutrition, and quality control
• Ability to lead, motivate and train kitchen staff
• Great problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with good command of English language
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays etc.
• Experience with international cuisines is preferred but not necessary
