Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified Chef to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience working in a professional kitchen and be motivated to provide outstanding cuisine. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 per month and the opportunity to work in an exciting, multicultural environment. We are open to considering an immigrant for the position.

Duties
As the Chef, your primary responsibility will be to prepare high-quality meals for both large and small events as well as daily service. This will include menu planning, inventory management, food preparation, plating and presentation of food, cleaning kitchen areas and equipment, monitoring the quality of meals served, checking food stocks and ordering supplies when needed. You will also be required to comply with health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you should hold at least one relevant culinary qualification such as: Food Hygiene Certificate/Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate; NVQ Level 3 Professional Cookery; City & Guilds Level 3 Professional Cookery or equivalent; HND Professional Cookery or equivalent; Diploma in Professional Cookery or equivalent; BSc/MSc Culinary Arts Management or equivalent. Additionally, you should have two years’ experience working in a professional kitchen setting and demonstrate excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure. Fluency in English is also essential for this role.
