Chef Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced, creative and passionate Chef to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate must have experience of working in the hospitality industry and demonstrate a commitment to providing high quality dishes.

Requirements for the Candidate
• At least 3 years of experience as a chef
• Demonstrated ability to create innovative and delicious meals
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of international cuisine
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of food health and safety regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work different hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays etc.
• Ability to work independently or part of a team

As a Chef at our restaurant you will be responsible for planning menus, creating new dishes, preparing food according to recipes, overseeing junior members of the kitchen team and ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to our high standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed at all times. You must also have excellent customer service skills as you will be dealing directly with customers on a regular basis.
