We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Chef to join our team at Reef Al Fujairah City. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious meals, be creative in their approach to food production and take pride in their work.

The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of professional experience as a Chef, preferably in a high-end establishment. A culinary qualification is essential, and knowledge of international cuisines will be highly advantageous. The ability to adhere to hygiene standards, meet deadlines and manage kitchen resources efficiently is also required.

The primary duties of the Chef include menu planning and preparation, ordering supplies and inventory management. They will also be responsible for ensuring high standards of food quality are maintained, training kitchen staff in the correct use of equipment and ingredients, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety procedures, working with other chefs to create new dishes and liaising with front-of-house staff on service requirements.

This position offers a competitive salary of 1100 per month plus benefits such as subsidized meals on duty, company discounts and performance bonuses. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role provided they have the relevant experience and qualifications.
