We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will have 3 or more years of experience in the field, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of land surveying operations. This includes designing, installing, and maintaining topographical surveys, boundary lines, and other land features. The successful candidate will also help prepare detailed maps using sophisticated software and technology.
The ideal candidate for this position should have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in land survey operations. You should possess a good understanding of current land survey techniques and technologies as well as relevant regulations. Additionally, you should have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
• Designing, installing, and maintaining topographical surveys, boundary lines, and other land features
• Preparing detailed maps using sophisticated software and technology
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
• Identifying potential issues related to land surveying operations
• Collecting data from various sources, including satellite imagery
• Analyzing collected data to produce accurate results
• Recording survey findings accurately on paper or computerized systems
• Updating existing information where necessary
• Making recommendations on how to improve survey procedures within the organization
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or related role
• Knowledge of current land survey techniques and technologies
• Understanding of relevant regulations
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
• Good problem-solving skills
