Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining survey data in order to prepare detailed maps of land and structures. You will ensure accuracy and quality of the finished product, while adhering to safety regulations and company standards.

Requirements for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in civil engineering, surveying, or a related subject. The successful candidate should also possess excellent mathematical skills and knowledge of land surveying techniques, as well as experience with GIS systems. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is required, as is excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveys to determine the precise location of land boundaries
• Utilize GPS equipment and other tools to measure angles and distances onsite
• Prepare detailed surveys using AutoCAD or other software programs
• Compile data from surveys into topographic maps
• Analyze survey data for discrepancies or inaccuracies prior to presenting results
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations at all times
• Maintain accurate records of survey activities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of surveying techniques and regulations

Salary: 1100 SAR
