Driver Vacancy in Doha

We are seeking a Driver to join our team in Doha. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600 and the possibility to work with a foreign employee.

Job Description: The Driver will be responsible for transporting passengers, goods, and materials in accordance with company policies and procedures. This position requires great attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adhere to safety regulations.

Job Responsibilities:
- Transport passengers, goods, and materials safely from one destination to another.
- Ensure all vehicles are in proper condition as per safety regulations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and speed limits.
- Maintain vehicle logbook for each trip detailing destinations, distance covered, times of departure or arrival, repairs or maintenance issues etc.
- Maintain records of all trips completed which includes pick up & drop off locations & times as well as mileage covered etc.
- Ability to load & unload cargo as required.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately prior to each journey including any paperwork related to cargo being transported etc.
- Escort passengers if necessary and provide assistance when needed.
- Adhere strictly to company’s policies & procedures regarding health & safety regulations as well as customer service standards etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a driver within Qatar (preferred but not essential) - Valid Qatar driving license - High school diploma or equivalent - Knowledge of local roads/areas - Good knowledge of traffic rules/regulations - Ability to lift heavy objects/goods - Good knowledge of health & safety regulations - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
