You will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of all dishes within our kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food is served in a timely manner. You will also be expected to maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the kitchen and adhere to health and safety regulations.

The successful candidate must possess:
• Excellent knowledge of modern cooking techniques and recipes
• Ability to lead a team
• Good organizational, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• A positive attitude towards learning new techniques
• An understanding of health & safety regulations in the kitchen
• A valid work permit (for immigrant candidates)
