Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join our team in Dubai. This individual will be responsible for providing pharmaceutical services to our customers, including dispensing medications, advising on proper use of medications, and providing information about drug interactions, side effects, dosage and storage. The Pharmacist should be knowledgeable in all areas of pharmacy practice and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will also be required to counsel patients on the use of prescription medications and over-the-counter drugs.

Job Requirements
• Education: A degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school or university is required; a Master’s degree or higher is an asset
• Licensure/Certification: Must have a valid pharmacist license in the UAE
• Experience: Minimum three years of experience as a Pharmacist
• Knowledge: Knowledgeable in all areas of pharmacy practice; must have a good working knowledge of drug interactions, side effects, dosage and storage
• Skills: Excellent customer service skills; strong problem-solving skills; proficient computer skills; must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Language: English fluency is required; Arabic proficiency is an asset

Duties & Responsibilities
• Dispense medications based on prescriptions from doctors and other healthcare professionals
• Advise customers on the selection and usage of over-the-counter medications
• Provide information about drug interactions, side effects and dosage instructions for medication prescribed by doctors or other healthcare professionals
• Monitor patient progress and compliance with therapeutic regimens
• Oversee the work performance of pharmacy technicians
• Keep detailed records concerning inventory levels, patient profiles and prescriptions filled
• Maintain compliance with federal laws regarding the sale of controlled substances
