We are looking for a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall food preparation, presentation and service of all meals in our establishment. As the Executive Chef, you will lead the kitchen team and ensure that high standards of quality, safety, hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times.

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, overseeing food preparation and presentation, supervising the ordering and storage of food supplies, maintaining a safe kitchen environment and ensuring that all health regulations are followed. They will develop menus based on customer preferences while keeping within budget restrictions. The Executive Chef will also collaborate with other culinary staff to create new dishes or ideas that could improve our menu. Additionally they should have excellent problem solving skills to manage unexpected changes in staffing or ingredient availability.

Requirements for the Candidate
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role
• Demonstrable experience with various kitchen equipment
• Outstanding communication abilities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure when dealing with customers or other staff members
• Knowledge of food safety standards and guidelines
• Diploma from a culinary school is preferred but not required
