We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direction to the kitchen team and creating innovative, delicious meals that meet with the highest quality standards.

Job Description:
The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading a kitchen team to deliver outstanding service and create delicious dishes for our guests. This includes selecting recipes, planning menus, ensuring food quality standards are met, and overseeing food preparation. The successful candidate will also work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure all financial goals and objectives are met. Additionally, the Executive Chef will be expected to organize staff training and development as well as develop new recipes and menu items.

Needs for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have a culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution as well as several years of experience working in professional kitchens. The successful applicant should also have excellent organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and a creative approach to menu planning. They should also have an eye for detail when it comes to food presentation. Previous experience in managing a kitchen team is highly desirable but not required.
