Project manager in Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and completion of projects within the designated timeframe and budget. This position requires an individual with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as a strong ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years' experience managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment. They must also have experience of leading cross-functional teams across multiple locations and have a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and on budget. The successful candidate must also be able to effectively manage risks, identify potential issues, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
The key responsibilities include:
• Developing detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, risk mitigation plans and ensuring their execution;
• Establishing clear communication channels between stakeholders;
• Managing changes in project scope by developing detailed change control plans;
• Monitoring progress against key milestones;
• Negotiating contracts with external vendors;
• Utilizing industry best practices for project management;
• Identifying potential risks associated with the project;
• Coordinating activities between internal teams and external vendors;
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
In addition to the above requirements, the ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues from different departments.
