Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join a successful and growing business in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the project team to ensure that all project goals are met in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards. The Project Manager will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the project while coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the project is running smoothly.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead a team of developers in delivering quality projects within agreed timelines.
• Develop work plans and timelines for assigned projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
• Establish objectives, assign duties, review progress, monitor performance, adjust schedules as needed, and provide appropriate guidance to ensure successful completion of projects.
• Create detailed reports outlining progress of assigned projects; evaluate results against set objectives to measure performance.
• Monitor project costs; maintain accurate records; identify areas of potential cost savings or improvement; recommend changes as needed.
• Provide technical support to team members when needed; troubleshoot problems by providing advice or referring them as appropriate.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress, potential changes or issues related to the project’s scope or timeline.
• Prepare presentations to present information related to assigned projects; assist with onboarding new team members when necessary.
• Make sure all processes comply with internal policies and regulations set by authorities in Dubai.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field required; Master’s degree preferred but not required
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in a similar role required
• Proven track record leading teams through complex projects from start to finish
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively
• Ability to manage multiple teams on multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
