Job Responsibilities:
• Developing lesson plans and teaching materials that reflect the educational needs of students
• Delivering lectures, seminars, tutorials and other forms of instruction
• Assessing student performance through tests and assignments
• Assisting students in their development both academically and socially
• Maintaining student records; updating course outlines when necessary
• Supervising laboratory activities where applicable
• Attending conferences, workshops and staff meetings when required

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field; Master's degree is preferred
• Prior teaching experience or knowledge of educational theory; ideally with experience in international education systems
• Excellent communication skills; able to command attention while presenting information effectively
• Ability to create a positive learning environment for students of all ages
• Demonstrated ability to think critically when problem solving
